Accommodation and Layout:
Forward is a very large V berth with overhead opening hatch, aft to port is a head with opening port, a settee is opposite.
The main salon is well laid out with a port dinette that sleeps two and a starboard settee sleeps one.
The interior has just been refinished with new flooring, cushions covers and tile counters.
Head with Jabsco manual toilet, 15 gal holding tank, shower and sink with electric water pump and sump.
The head has new plumbing as does the galley. sink.
Galley:
The galley is in the starboard quarter aft and features a two-burner propane stove
and Stainless steel sink, plus an icebox for refrigeration .
The countertops have all new ceramic tile!
Electronics & Navigation Equipment:
4" Compass, Standard Horison VHF, Lowrance Depth sounder,
Raymarine RC400 GPS with charts for the East coast and Florida
Electrical System: Two 12 Volt batteries. One deep cycle for house and one starting, with room for more,
12 Volt-80 amp. alternator, plus solar panel. Most new wiring throughout.
Deck Equipment:
Two Anchors, one 20 lb. CQR with 30' 5/8 chain and 150' 5/8 rode, one 80 lb. Bruce with 30' 5/8 chain and150' 5/8 rode ,
Fiberglass decks, Hull color is white, decks are white.
Bow rail and deck stanchions are in storage as the deck was refinished and they have not been reinstalled yet.

Sails & Rigging:
