ACCOMODATIONS:
This traditional styled flush deck motor yacht offers a spacious three stateroom, three head floor plan including upper and lower salons,
large enclosed aft deck, and many live aboard, cruising essentials. The interior has been professionally decorated with new carpeting, mini-blinds, draperies, furniture, bed linens, upholstery and more.
The forward stateroom is roomy featuring large portside over/under berths, head with stall shower and plenty of storage in hanging locker, drawers and on shelves.
The stackable washer and dryer unit is to starboard and is concealed behind louvered teak doors.
Next aft and to starboard is a very well equipped galley with the optional fixed dinette opposite to port. Going aft from the salon and down two steps is the day/guest head to port with the guest stateroom-den to starboards. This versatile cabin features a sofa bed with Pullman berth above, desk, several bookshelves, and large hanging locker.
The spacious owner's stateroom features a king size, centerline bed, walk-in closet, dresser with abundant drawer storage, vanity, television with VCR, stereo system and air conditioning controls. The ensuite master head has a electric head, separate shower, and vanity with mirror and storage.
Steps from the salon lead to the fully enclosed, roomy 'second salon' and pilothouse steering station. Steps from this salon lead up to the huge flybridge and seating for twelve or more.
