Accommodations
The Krogen 42 is a very Salty Trawler designed with the knowledgeable yachtsman in mind. The master stateroom is forward with private head a stall shower and vanity in the fore peak. Aft to port are two large hanging lockers and lots of drawers, shelves and storage. To starboard is the pull-man style double bunk.There are six bronze opening ports and a overhead hatch for maximum ventilation. Walking aft to port is another large head with shower and vanity and aft is a combo- washer dryer. A second stateroom/office is to starboard with built in desk shelving and seating convertible to double bunk.
Up three steps to the main salon and galley. The well equipped galley is to starboard with separate refrigerator and freezer,drawers louvered door cabinets and storage galore.

The main salon is huge with sofa bed to starboard and dining table to port. Built in cabinets and shelves more storage. A large opening to the galley, the sliding picture windows port and starboard the double French style doors to the aft deck make this main salon very light and airy.
The aft deck is large enough to accommodate a table and chairs. Forward to port in the main salon is a staircase that leads to the pilot house that boosts port and starboard dutch doors that lead to the side decks.
The watch berth has foot rest for seating and a adjustable helmsman's seat was installed in front of the wheel. The pilot house has chart storage, cabinets,chart table with chart light, wet locker electrical panel opening ports and overhead hatches.
